Bc Check reads an ID image or PDF and a completed ATF Form 4473 that you choose on your own computer, and shows differences for you to review. It does not fill in, change, upload, submit, approve or certify any form.
Documents and the values read from them are processed on your device. The app does not intentionally upload, transmit or save them, has no accounts, advertising or analytics, and blocks web requests from its document window. Previews and extracted values are held in memory until you choose Clear session or close the app.
While running, the app keeps a temporary program-data folder on your device. A separate cleanup helper attempts to delete that folder after the app closes. If the helper is stopped, cleanup fails, or the computer stops unexpectedly, the folder may remain until your system clears it. Your operating system, backups, crash reports and security software may keep their own traces of files you open or windows you capture; we cannot control those.
If you choose Capture window, the app lists open window titles on your device and captures the window or entire screen you select. Entire-screen capture can include other visible applications. Choose only the intended source and check the preview before continuing.
The app sends us nothing automatically. If you use Copy diagnostics for support, it copies the app version, operating system version, your most recent error message and field-status labels to your clipboard. The diagnostics do not deliberately include document field values or images, but an error message may contain a file name or other source detail. Review and redact the copied text before sharing it. You decide whether to send that to us. Please do not send real customer documents or screenshots of them to support.
If you install from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft collects information under its own privacy statement, such as acquisition and crash/usage data it provides to publishers. We do not receive your documents.
Because we do not collect your documents, there is nothing for us to delete. For questions, contact contactbccheck@gmail.com. You may contact us with privacy questions or requests relating to information you choose to send to support. Do not include customer records in those requests.
